How it's Done
Our state-of-the art Turbo Hybrid cleaning system deep cleans tile and grout. The rotating head uses pressurized water to penetrate the grout to clean deep while the vacuum simultaneously whisks the water away. With this tool paired with our deep cleaning agent, dirt and grime do not stand a chance.

Treat and Hand Scrub
We treat with our specially formulated grout and tile cleaner. While it dwells, your KODA technician will hand scrub the edges and hard-to-reach places with a grout brush, while wiping down your baseboards as a bonus.

Deep Scrub and Agitate
KODA uses a special deep scrubbing machine called a CRB to work the product deep into your grout in order to remove deeply embedded dirt.

Turbo Extract
Using 200 degree water at 1000 psi, the hot water and pressure extracts dirt and grime from your flooring.

Final Mop
After the dirt is extracted, KODA ends the service with a final mop over the tile to make sure no possible standing water can dry on your tile.

Sealing (optional)
To protect your tile and grout, KODA offers an optional super sealer to repel dirt and grime for 6-12 months.
