What Your Neighbors Said This Month
Four reasons the phone rings. Yours is probably one of them.
Urine soaks through the carpet and keeps working underneath it. We treat every problem it causes, not only the one you can see.

Carpet cleaned, padding replaced, the subfloor treated underneath it, and the carpet power-stretched tight again on the way back down. One call, one crew, and a room that is sanitary and smells as clean as it actually is.
Urine pulls the dye out of the fiber. Treated early it comes back, and a set-in spot can be dyed to match the room.
The odor lives in crystals below the surface, where fragrance only hides it and damp weather brings it straight back. We break those crystals down and flush them out, so there is nothing left to come back and the room smells as clean as it actually is.
Most of it soaks past the carpet into the pad. We treat it there, and we replace the pad when it is past treating.
Bacteria come with it. The area is sanitized, with products that are safe for the animal that caused it.

Hotter water than you can rent, and far more vacuum pulling it back out. Less water left behind means a faster dry, and a cleaner one, because the soil leaves with it.

Most carpets are dry in 6–12 hours. Our truck-mounted extraction pulls out far more moisture than a rental machine, or than the companies that leave carpet damp for a day.
Yes. Carpet and upholstery, at the top of this page, in about two minutes, and you see your estimate before you send anything. Online booking starts five days out. Sooner than that, call (616) 312-1900.
Yes. Every product we use is non-toxic and safe for crawling babies, toddlers, and pets. A healthier home is the point.
No. Clear anything breakable, anything electronic, and anything on the floor you would rather we did not move. We handle the furniture, and we put protective blocks under whatever goes back on damp carpet.
Every 12 to 18 months for most homes, and every 6 to 12 with pets, children, or a busy entryway. Dry soil is abrasive. It sits at the base of the pile and cuts the fibers every time somebody walks across it, which is why regular cleaning is what makes carpet last.
