Never Just A Stain

Pet Stains & Messes

Urine soaks through the carpet and keeps working underneath it. We treat every problem it causes, not only the one you can see.

Contamination Service

All-In-One

Carpet cleaned, padding replaced, the subfloor treated underneath it, and the carpet power-stretched tight again on the way back down. One call, one crew, and a room that is sanitary and smells as clean as it actually is.

The Color

Urine pulls the dye out of the fiber. Treated early it comes back, and a set-in spot can be dyed to match the room.

The Smell

The odor lives in crystals below the surface, where fragrance only hides it and damp weather brings it straight back. We break those crystals down and flush them out, so there is nothing left to come back and the room smells as clean as it actually is.

The Padding

Most of it soaks past the carpet into the pad. We treat it there, and we replace the pad when it is past treating.

Sanitation

Bacteria come with it. The area is sanitized, with products that are safe for the animal that caused it.

Family Owned

A father and a son, here in Holland.

Quick Dry

Back to normal in 6 to 12 hours.

Truck-Mounted Extraction

Hotter water than you can rent, and far more vacuum pulling it back out. Less water left behind means a faster dry, and a cleaner one, because the soil leaves with it.

Tile & Grout

Grout back to the color it was laid in.

  • Years of dirty mop water flushed back out of the grout
  • Grout sealing available, so it stays that way
See what’s involved

Wood Floors

The cloudy haze comes off, the finish stays put.

  • The cloudy film left by mop-and-shine cleaners comes off
  • Almost no water, so nothing seeps between the boards
See what’s involved

LVP & LVT

Down in the grain and the plank edges, not just the top.

  • Grit pulled out of the seams, where a mop only pushes it
  • No film, no dulling, no sticky finish
See what’s involved

Commercial

Offices, restaurants, clinics, and salons, after hours.

  • We work around your day, not through it
  • One company for every floor in the building

Before You Book

The Questions We Get Most

How Long Does Carpet Take To Dry?

Most carpets are dry in 6–12 hours. Our truck-mounted extraction pulls out far more moisture than a rental machine, or than the companies that leave carpet damp for a day.

Can I Really Book Online Without Calling?

Yes. Carpet and upholstery, at the top of this page, in about two minutes, and you see your estimate before you send anything. Online booking starts five days out. Sooner than that, call (616) 312-1900.

Is It Safe For My Kids And Pets?

Yes. Every product we use is non-toxic and safe for crawling babies, toddlers, and pets. A healthier home is the point.

Do I Need To Move The Furniture?

No. Clear anything breakable, anything electronic, and anything on the floor you would rather we did not move. We handle the furniture, and we put protective blocks under whatever goes back on damp carpet.

How Often Should Carpet Be Cleaned?

Every 12 to 18 months for most homes, and every 6 to 12 with pets, children, or a busy entryway. Dry soil is abrasive. It sits at the base of the pile and cuts the fibers every time somebody walks across it, which is why regular cleaning is what makes carpet last.

What Else Can You Clean?

Carpet, area rugs, upholstery, tile & grout, hardwood, LVP, laminate, VCT, concrete, and rubber, plus pet odor treatment and emergency flood & mold response.
