What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. For a water emergency, call (616) 312-1900 and we will tell you honestly how soon we can get a truck to you.
How do I get a quote?
Two ways. Call (616) 312-1900 and talk to a person, or fill in the quote form on our homepage and we will reach out. Either way it is free, there is no obligation, and we do not use high-pressure sales.
Why don't you list prices on the website?
Because a rate card would be misleading. Price depends on the number of rooms, the condition of the floor, the surface type, and any add-on treatments. Quoting a number that then changes on arrival is exactly the experience we are trying not to give people. Call and we will give you a firm figure.
Can I book online?
Yes. Submit the quote form on the homepage and you will get an option to schedule online right away, or we will follow up to arrange a time.
Do you serve my town?
We cover Holland, Zeeland, Grand Haven, Saugatuck, the Grand Rapids metro, and the surrounding West Michigan communities. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call us. If we can get a truck to you, we will.
